TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Everyone who joins us attends an induction programme for a briefing on the organisation and IT training. After that, our appraisal process will help map your personal development needs throughout your career. Rest assured, we'll give you training at regular intervals to help meet those needs and maximise your potential.
It's important to us that everyone is highly deployable, so we'll actively encourage you to cross train and learn new skills where necessary. As you may be working in partnership with any department in the Service, the experience you'll build will be very varied.
