TRAINERS - IT APPLICATIONS

You'll plan, develop and deliver IT training courses for all desktop applications. As well as running our current suite of up to ten courses, you'll also expand the list as we introduce new technology.
From helping with the rollout of new software across the organisation, to ensuring we're delivering best practice and liaising with other IT support people to share knowledge, you'll help provide an ever improving service.
As you'll be involved in running training classes for up to twenty people in a classroom setting, confident presenting skills are essential. You're just as good one-on-one, however, and can explain even the most complex application, to a non-technical audience with ease.
For this role, you'll need a relevant IT qualification and experience of delivering the highest quality training. Full of initiative, with a creative approach and a flair for delivering memorable training, you'll ensure that you're up to date with the very latest software - and so are our people.
