In this fascinating role, you'll be responsible for delivering training that keeps people throughout the Service right up-to-date with our rapidly evolving IT office and messaging systems. There may even be opportunities to provide support to our staff overseas.
To join us, you'll need a keen interest in, and proven aptitude for, IT. Ideally, you'll have experience of Windows Server and Exchange Server administration, but this is not essential, as training will be given. A real desire to learn and progress is, however, vital. You will need to constantly update your skills to keep pace with our rapidly developing technology. To make sure our people do the same, you'll also need to be a strong communicator who can deliver clear, memorable training.
