TRADES AND SERVICES

From keeping our buildings in pristine condition to safeguarding the security of the people who protect the nation, our Trades and Services team are a vital part of the smooth running of SIS. As you'd expect from a prestigious organisation like SIS, we'll take very good care of you when you join. You'll also work with friendly team members - and enjoy a warm welcome and a real sense of camaraderie.

Security Officers:  You'll help to provide round the clock security at our London headquarters in Vauxhall Cross, as well as welcoming visitors to the building,

Facilities and Maintenance team:  You could get involved in anything from portering duties and sorting the mail to assembling office furniture.

Drivers: One day you could be chauffering a VIP around London, the next making deliveries or overhauling the SIS fleet of vehicles.

Telephonists:   You'll play a vital role in the work of the Service, linking busy teams with the wider world and other Government departments.
