IT SECURITY AUDITOR

Salary £32,000 - £37,000

The main elements of the position are:

To act as an IT Security Auditor ensuring that SIS use of information systems complies with SIS IT Security policies.

To analyse and assimilate large amounts of material to identify and extract relevant data.

Qualities

You are receptive to embracing new technology and are a proficient user of MS products such as WORD and EXCEL.

You will have an inquisitive and questioning nature with a determined tenacity to pursue the analysis of seemingly unrelated data in order to form a coherent picture.

You have proven interpersonal and communication skills with a sound ability to present data orally and through reporting to a highly professional and polished standard.

Qualifications and Experience

You should have a sound background in auditing IT systems, ideally with some experience of data mining or data exploitation techniques.  A Certified Information Systems Auditor qualification, or similar, would be desirable.
