IN SERVICE/PRODUCT MANAGER

Technically minded, with a thorough understanding of service management, you'll oversee the operation and maintenance of ITS facilities, systems and applications from inception through to decommissioning.
It will involve liaising with users to determine how facilities are currently working and how they could be improved, so you'll need to be a lucid communicator. You'll also need the intuition to work out whether system capabilities are being fully exploited to the benefit of the organisation.
Ideally qualified in service management (SFIA plus, Level 5 or ISED Manager's Certificate, for example), you'll also oversee support services - from internal and external providers - developing new contracts and monitoring the work throughout.
