COMMUNICATIONS TECHNICAL SUPPORT
£25,133 - £30,615 + Shift Allowance

It will be your task to perform specialist technical support tasks on a variety of complex IT and Messaging systems that keep our people in contact across the globe. A real team worker with a flair for problem-solving and plenty of initiative, you can effectively juggle a range of tasks - whilst completing them all to the highest standards.

To join us, you'll need to have an IT related degree (or equivalent) or have worked in a relevant IT role. Ideally, you'll have experience of Windows Server administration, VMware and Linux but this isn't essential as we'll give you the highest quality training. A real desire to learn new skills will, however, be imperative - as our IT and messaging systems are continually evolving and you'll need to keep pace with these developments. Finally, you'll need to be flexible about hours, as these roles operate on a 24/7 shift rota.
