COMMUNICATIONS CENTRE OPERATOR

As an organisation that gathers intelligence, our global communications systems are absolutely vital to everything we do. You will take responsibility for performing administration tests on a wide variety of IT and Messaging systems. We're looking for people who are eager to take on the challenge of working with - and developing expertise in - such a wide range of systems. Whether you're monitoring those systems, or answering queries, your team spirit and ingenious problem-solving skills will make you invaluable.
You will either have an IT degree - or be able to show you have a keen interest in, and real aptitude for, technology. Familiar with basic systems such as Outlook and Excel, you'll also ideally have experience of Windows Server and Exchange Server administration - although training will be given to you. Finally, a knowledge of communication systems would ideal.
