Hugely proactive and a strategic thinker, you'll help to identify, plan and drive forward business change within our ICT Programme.
It will involve working closely with Project Managers towards specific business goals, measuring progress and reporting back to senior management when required. A highly effective communicator, you'll coordinate workshops with stakeholders in order to lead them through any system developments.
As well as a great deal of experience in business change management, you'll also need a proven understanding of programme and project management, together with the drive and charisma to really influence people.
