Responsible for all day-to-day live service management functions, the Enterprise Management Group sits at the heart of ICT Services within SIS. These functions include the provision of a Global Help Desk, Computer and Communications Centre Operations, Technical Support Services, a Test and Reference facility, Business Continuity, ICT Training and Customer Service Management. The demands on this group are growing and we need a wide range of people at all skill levels.
