Everyone who joins us attends an induction programme for a briefing on the organisation and IT training. Our appraisal process will help you decide how you want to develop your career, whilst training at regular intervals will help you meet those needs and maximise your potential.
The Service sponsored training we provide to our Security Officers is of exceptional quality and will leave you with highly respected security industry qualifications.
Our Drivers are required to alternate between being behind the wheel of a car, a minibus and a lorry. We'll provide further driver training to an advanced level.
Training opportunities vary widely for our Facilities and Maintenance Assistants. Professional training is available in respect of Health and Safety practice and procedures, and in relation to any specialised equipment.
Our Telephonists are given a comprehensive training programme to equip them with the necessary skills.
